Refund Policy

Pre-Launch Notice

USBioArt® is currently in a pre-launch phase. Products are not yet available for purchase, and no payments are being processed at this time. Customers may join our Early Access List to receive updates when ordering opens.

This Refund Policy will apply once sales officially begin.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Once USBioArt® products are available for purchase, we will accept return and refund requests under the conditions outlined below.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a brief description and supporting photos.
    We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, USBioArt® does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, items must be returned and a new order placed.
